Trademark & Asset Usage

Processing Community Day (PCD) assets, including the PCD 2026 logo and related materials, may be used to promote and document approved Processing Community Day events and related community activities.

Even when using PCD assets, organizers are encouraged to develop their own visual identity and event branding.

PCD assets do not grant permission to use the Processing Foundation logo.

The Processing Foundation logo may not be used without prior written permission from Processing Foundation Inc.

Trademarks and Attribution

You may use the names “Processing” and “p5.js” to refer to the Processing and p5.js software projects.

You may not use Processing Foundation trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or official status without prior written permission from Processing Foundation Inc.

Where there is a reasonable possibility of confusion, include a statement such as:

This event is independently organized and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Processing Foundation Inc.

Trademark Notice

The names “Processing” and “p5.js”, as well as the Processing Foundation, Processing, and p5.js logos, are registered trademarks of Processing Foundation Inc., a New York not-for-profit corporation recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code:
