Organizing Your Event

Registering early helps us know you exist and helps other people in your area find you. You are not committing to anything at this stage, and you can update or withdraw later.

1. Join the Community Forum

Create an account on the Processing forum if you don’t have one already.

2. Introduce yourself

Say hi in the main thread and tell us a few words about your PCD idea.

3. Create Local Thread

Post a local thread as in the Community category. The title should be in the form PCD @ City Name 2026. Use it to share updates and coordinate openly as planning progresses.

4. Add your node to the map

Open an issue on GitHub. After a review, your event will appear on the PCD map.

Don’t worry if the details are not finalized yet, you can update the info for your event later.
